Dev Log 3 - Scheduling My Work


Scheduling has been slow since we pivoted our idea from a larger action adventure game to be a paired down detective adventure. This has reduced our scope and broadened our teams ability to flex their narrative design without reducing our level design potential. This unfortunately got us a little behind planning our full project and we need to go back an update our GDD. 

My team collaborated well to create our project breakdown but we lost steam when we were working on the individual work plans. Since I am producer I should mention I need their work there to build the backlog. My team is good at getting work done if there is a dependency.  We have been keeping in communication and we all know that we are all busy right now so at least we know no one is ghosting us, which has unfortunately happened on previous team assignments (not with team Cadabra). 

Next steps are to Update the GDD which we have a meeting to do this Monday.
